The recent research published by McKinsey claimed a potential value of $1.3 trillion through the effective use of social but, as we explained here, there’s been some uncertainty about how to extract this value especially in the B2B space. There are organizations who have cracked the code and they are now being very effective at putting the new techniques to good use. Those who can, do – and it’s it’s rare to hear them explain how it’s done which is why it was fascinating to chat to Renette Youssef, CMO of Tradeshift – one of the masters of social media marketing.
