Conservative Communities Secretary Eric Pickles has homed in on P2P as an investment area.
Reported in the Burton Mail, Mr Pickles said the reserves could be used for investment in areas which could yield long-term savings, such as more energy-efficient street lighting, electronic invoicing and the location of services in the same building.
