OB10’s Green Apple Award is welcome recognition for a whole industry

Congratulations to OB10. It’s the fifth consecutive year that they have received a Green Apple Award for demonstrating environmental best practice.

Luke McKeever, CEO at OB10 accepting the award said ā€œIā€™m honored to receive this award on behalf of OB10 and our customers as we rid the world of paper invoices.ā€ To date, organizations on the OB10 network have saved over 92.2 million sheets of paper and over 2.6 million kilowatts of energy.

OB10, as one of the senior e-invoicing players, deserves the credit but the award is also welcome recognition for a whole industry that is making a real contribution to improving the way business behaves in relation to the environment. Everyone involved with e-invoicing, whether we are working for a vendor, in an AP department that encourages electronic invoices, a supplier that embraces the concept or a law maker that helps to move legislation in the right direction, can feel good about this award and take a modest nod in recognition too.
