OB10 partners with Buzón E in Mexico
OB10 have just announced an important partnership with Buzón E, a Mexican government accredited e-Invoicing solution provider. This strengthens OB10’s service in terms of both compliance and local presence.
According to the press release “The partnership with Buzón E will offer OB10’s depth of knowledge in purchase-to-pay automation and flexible technology to more organizations operating in Mexico, delivering improved payment performance and guaranteed compliance with suppliers.”
Markus Hornburg, VP Compliance, at OB10 commented: “The OB10 and Buzón E partnership is an exciting collaboration that gives all companies access to our combined 22 years’ e-Invoicing knowledge, experience, data and best practices”.
“We are proud to participate in OB10’s global network and share our local expertise,” said Benito Celorio, Managing Director at Buzón E. “We are sure that our combined efforts present an attractive and very productive offering to international corporations doing business in our country.”
OB10 now meets the tax and legal regulations of 39 countries around the world.
Anyone who has observed the e-invoicing market for a few years or more knows that compliance is key. E-invoicing isn’t about the technology. It’s about making sure that your business doesn’t fall foul of local tax laws. Getting it wrong can cost much more than an e-invoicing program can save and compliance is one of OB10’s particular strengths.
Compliance is, unfortunately, at the boring end of the e-invoicing spectrum and we don’t get to hear too much about it so we’re going to attempt to put that right. Inspired by OB10’s announcement, we’re going to focus a little on e-invoicing and compliance in the coming weeks, the problems, the pitfalls and the approaches to getting it right.
