Kodak Alaris, a global technology firm that offers intelligent solutions for capturing, managing and sharing information and images, has selected the Nipendo multi-enterprise collaboration platform to streamline and automate purchase-to-pay processes with the company’s suppliers and contract manufacturers.

Nipendo’s platform for procure-to-pay automation will empower Kodak Alaris to rapidly expand real-time collaboration and process compliance across its global supplier base. The solution will be integrated as part of Kodak Alaris’ implementation of a next-generation cloud-based ERP solution.

Collaboration through Nipendo Supplier Cloud goes beyond simple transaction exchange, allowing organizations to reconcile discrepancies in the cloud and ensure compliance across all supplier interactions, covering all purchases from simple indirect transactions to complex manufacturing contracts with hundreds of line items, partial and drop shipments, and many potential changes throughout the process.

The platform provides suppliers with multiple means of access to real-time exchange of purchase orders, order modifications and acknowledgements, Advance Shipping Notification (ASN), and electronic invoices.
